Main Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze the necessary requirements and information to specify, design, manufacture, and deliver Lab Test Means (LTM) and/or test aircraft means.
  • Ensure close coordination with various engineering functions to guarantee smooth integration of test means, in full compliance with internal processes and QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delay, Performance) objectives.
  • Define technical specifications and the architecture of test means, lead the selection of industrial suppliers (if required), and ensure project management of subcontracted activities.
  • Manage the configuration of aircraft equipment installed on test means, ensure export control compliance, and supervise logistical flows (inbound/outbound) of associated equipment.
  • Drive the financial and operational cycle of projects: budget development, planning, tender processes, production monitoring, and change management during the implementation phase.
  • Coordinate end-of-cycle engineering activities: preparation of verification procedures, validation of components and test means, commissioning, and drafting of technical documentation.

Desired Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in mechanical or aeronautical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in aerospace or a related industry.
• You possess solid knowledge of the installation and design of flight test systems, test benches, and detailed design (sheet metal, machined parts, welding, piping, and component assembly), procedures and drafting standards, costs, and schedule.
• Good knowledge of CATIA V5R21 and above, ENOVIA, Excel, and MS Office and Google tools are required.
• You are an energetic person with excellent communication skills and interpersonal qualities that will enable you to achieve desired results in a high-pressure work environment.
• You have a high sense of commitment, a willingness to accept responsibilities and act independently, and the ability to collaborate with partners and suppliers are assets.
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken) is an asset.
