The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Program Configuration Management Integrator to join our Configuration Management Program team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work within the A220 program team, at the very heart of the aircraft configuration change process.
You will be part of the Program Configuration Management Integration, driving cross-functional configuration management mission covering operational, tactical, and strategic horizons.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Program Configuration Management Integrator will be to define and operate the aircraft target configuration management, and to support the execution of cross-functional projects in configuration management.
To successfully carry out your activities, you will work in close collaboration with the Configuration Management Center of Competence and various business functions across the company.

Your challenges:
- Lead and operate program configuration control
- Establish and communicate aircraft target configuration content
- Guardian of Program rules regarding target configuration and block effectivity
- Control the intent of target conf at PCR / RFC level (Product change),
- Manage the inflow / outflow of product change within aircraft target configuration
- Manage exception to target configuration
- Control interchangeability decision between target configuration and baselines.
- Support Chairmanship of cross-functional control board (Target Configuration Review)
- Actively lead TCR to ensure proactive inflow monitoring,
- End-to-end control of configuration blocks, and surveillance zone protection
- Lead Program Configuration Management projects, following standard project management best practices.
- This could include leading the project to deploy the new Target Configuration and Baseline Management ways of working for the A220 program, or other projects.
- Participate in the continuous improvement, lead Practical Problem Solving on Configuration Management aspects. Collaborate directly with Change Management and Baseline Management Process owners.
Your boarding pass:
- Bachelor’s Degree in science or business management.
- 8+ years’ experience in Program / Configuration Management / Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Skilled in product configuration and change management
- Project Management skills with the ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects.
- Collaborative, Structured, Leadership spirit
- Ability to communicate technically complex information and motivate team members
- Team spirit, autonomous
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, involving a wide range of stakeholders and SMEs using a structured approach
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, ability to persuade others to change existing practices
- Advanced level in English and French

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
