About the role
- Develop test plans and procedures to verify system requirements in an Agile environment
- Conduct formal test activities at the land-based test site with the client
- Record results in the Lockheed Martin Test Management System
- Record, evaluate and test deficiencies using Lockheed Martin's defect tracking tool.
What you bring to the position
The successful candidate contributes to our key projects as a member of the Integration and Testing team:
- Support functional testing of the Combat Management System (CMS) software
- Support integration tests for CMS acceptance
- Support CMS regression tests
- Be willing to work according to the team's schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to solve complex problems within a team
- High degree of initiative and autonomy.
Additional skills desired for the position
- Experience with software testing
- Experience with software test automation
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of tools
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Good knowledge of the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)
- Good knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology
- Experience in the military naval domain and related operations
- Experience integrating sensors, weapons or ships
- Experience with Combat Management System 330 (CMS 330)
- A Secret level security clearance from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is considered an asset.

Salary Range
$77,500 - $101,500
