About the role

• Develop test plans and procedures to verify system requirements in an Agile environment
• Conduct formal test activities at the land-based test site with the client
• Record results in the Lockheed Martin Test Management System
• Record, evaluate and test deficiencies using Lockheed Martin's defect tracking tool.

What you bring to the position

The successful candidate contributes to our key projects as a member of the Integration and Testing team:

• Support functional testing of the Combat Management System (CMS) software
• Support integration tests for CMS acceptance
• Support CMS regression tests
• Be willing to work according to the team's schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Ability to solve complex problems within a team
• High degree of initiative and autonomy.

Additional skills desired for the position

• Experience with software testing
• Experience with software test automation
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of tools
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Good knowledge of the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)
• Good knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience in the military naval domain and related operations
• Experience integrating sensors, weapons or ships
• Experience with Combat Management System 330 (CMS 330)
• A Secret level security clearance from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is considered an asset.

Salary Range

$77,500 - $101,500
