We are supporting our client, a major player in the Canadian aerospace industry, in their search for a FAL Cabin Interface to ensure the performance of cabin suppliers and support continuous improvement activities on the final assembly line (FAL).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitor supplier performance by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement action plans aimed at improving the performance, quality, and efficiency of onsite cabin suppliers.
  • Analyze and resolve complex quality issues in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Manage and track costs related to cabin part repairs, notably through responsibility analysis and cost reconciliation.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, quality, finance, and supplier teams to ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Track corrective actions and ensure the achievement of performance targets.
  • Produce performance reports and communicate action plan progress to stakeholders.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by the project.

Profile Sought

  • You have experience in supply chain management, supplier management, or manufacturing operations.
  • You possess experience in continuous improvement and master Lean principles as well as problem-solving tools.
  • You have good project management skills and are able to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • You have experience in cost management and analysis, as well as financial reconciliation.
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to solve complex problems.
  • You are recognized for your autonomy, organizational skills, and proactive approach.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • You are results-oriented and driven by continuous performance improvement.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is an asset.
