Cabin Procurement FAL Interface

You have experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement project management, you have worked in supplier management and you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Cabin Procurement FAL Interface to join our ABPOC (Procurement Operation Cabin) team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will coordinate cabin suppliers on A220 assembly sites by leading continuous improvement projects.

You will be part of the Cabin FAL Interface (CFI) team which is responsible for:

• Monitoring the performance of on-site cabin suppliers.

• Continuously improving the performance of these suppliers.

• Managing the costs of cabin part repairs.

The team organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Cabin Procurement FAL Interface will be to lead problem-solving, as well as continuous improvement projects to improve the performance of supplier activities on A220 sites.

Your challenges:

• Track performance: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and guarantee the quality of supplier services.

• Improve supplier performance: Implement action plans and continuous improvement projects to optimize the efficiency and quality of on-site cabin suppliers.

• Solve complex problems: Lead the analysis and resolution of complex quality problems related to supplier activities.

• Manage costs: Control the costs of cabin part repairs by ensuring rigorous management and determining responsibilities.
