The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Cabin Procurement FAL Interface to join our ABPOC (Procurement Operation Cabin) team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will coordinate cabin suppliers on the A220 assembly sites by leading continuous improvement projects.
You will be part of the Cabin FAL Interface (CFI) team, which is responsible for:
Monitoring the performance of on-site cabin suppliers.
The continuous improvement of these suppliers' performance.
The cost management of cabin parts repairs.
The team's organization is designed to promote autonomous cross-collaboration, with team members supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Cabin Procurement FAL Interface will be to lead problem-solving and continuous improvement projects to enhance the performance of supplier activities at the A220 sites.

Your challenges:
Monitor performance: Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and guarantee the quality of supplier activities.
Improve supplier performance: Implement action plans and continuous improvement projects to optimize the efficiency and quality of on-site cabin suppliers.
Solve complex problems: Lead the analysis and resolution of complex quality issues related to supplier activities.
Manage costs: Control the costs of cabin parts repairs by ensuring rigorous management and determining liability.
Your profile:
Supply Chain Management: Experience in managing suppliers and relationships with them, especially for on-site operations.
Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of methodologies and tools for implementing improvement projects.
Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and track projects to achieve set goals.
Cost Management: Skills in financial analysis and and cost reconciliation.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify the root cause of a problem and find effective solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work with different teams (engineering, finance, suppliers).
Autonomy and Proactiveness: Ability to take initiative and manage your responsibilities independently.
Results-Oriented: Strong motivation to achieve performance and efficiency goals.
Travel Required: <5% Domestic and International.
