JR10442904 Project Manager - Systems

As part of our operations in Canada, AAA Canada is looking for a Project Manager – Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the activities of one of our clients, a major player in the Canadian aerospace industry.

You will act as a strategic partner to the IPT lead and actively contribute to driving projects by ensuring objectives are met regarding deadlines, costs, quality, and performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the IPT lead in driving project objectives for time, cost, quality, and performance;
• Support decision-making based on operational needs and ensure issues are escalated when necessary;
• Establish, structure, and manage IPT governance;
• Develop, harmonize, and keep the roadmap up to date in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP);
• Monitor internal and external project activities regarding deadlines, costs, quality, and performance;
• Develop, harmonize, and update integrated project plans;
• Identify, document, and integrate lessons learned;
• Ensure proactive management of risks and opportunities;
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with various program stakeholders;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and program management practices.

Profile Sought

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in project or program management;
• Experience or technical knowledge in aircraft development and commercial operations;
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership, autonomy, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact with various stakeholders;
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
• Advanced skills with the Google Suite and project management and planning tools.
