Data Improvement Lead

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Data Improvement Leader to join our Performance Management team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will collaborate closely with performance analysts, Operations teams, and the digitalization team.
You will be part of the Performance Management team responsible for developing standardization and improving performance data quality for the A220 value chain, supporting the digitalization roadmap. The team is structured to promote cross-functional collaboration and autonomy, fostering mutual support and collective learning.
In this role, you will act as a central point of contact and facilitator between operational performance analysts and the digitalization team. Your mission will be to optimize the efficiency of the A220 assembly processes by coordinating data improvement across various streams: secondary supply, SDO (Supplier Disruption Over Cost), Recurring Costs (RC), and CVAT (Customer Value Added Time). You will identify automation needs, harmonize analytical methods, and ensure the transition from manual analysis to robust digital solutions to improve overall profitability.

Your challenges:
- Act as the primary liaison between analysts (Performance, SDO, RC, CVAT) and the digitalization team to translate business needs into automated solutions;
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of performance data collected from supply and production flows;
- Harmonize the definition and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various flows to guarantee a cross-functional view of performance;
- Identify automation opportunities for performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and oversee their implementation by the technical team;
- Consolidate major roadblocks identified by the Performance Management analysts to prioritize the digitalization roadmap based on its impact on Operational Performance;
- Strategic Communication: Prepare and present clear roadmaps and data visualizations to stakeholders to support strategic planning;
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to optimize the overall value chain performance.
Your boarding pass:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial system;
- You possess relevant experience in data analysis, performance management, or process improvement ;
- You are proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, and Python;
- You have in-depth knowledge of data warehousing, cloud analytics, and process automation;
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- You have the ability to simplify complex data concepts for operational and executive leadership teams;
- You have proven experience in defining performance measurement frameworks and creating complex analytical structures.
Business travel may be required for this position.
Travel requirements: < 5% (Occasional trips to the United States)
