The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
You will be part of the Airframe Program Development Team. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role will be to define and lead the development of Airframe modifications.

Your challenges
- Be accountable for the definition, the program management and the delivery of the product modifications in line with program objectives on time, cost (NRC & RC), quality, performance and maturity targets.
- Be accountable for development-management related governance, planning, risks and opportunities management, escalation and coordination of Multi Functional Teams in charge of developing and delivering the solutions with a global supply chain.
- Manage the OP (Operational Plan) and Resources Plan (skills and competencies) for the given changes.
- Translate stakeholder expectations into clear operational inputs for the multi-functional teams to allow them to work on the best solutions for the customer (internal or external) and the program objectives.
- Lead MFT (multidisciplinary or multifunctional teams) through all phases of development and according to processes: detailed design, development, parts manufacturing, supplier involvement, industrial setup, and rate readiness.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor degree or diploma in Management/Engineering. An MBA is an asset.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Program, Engineering or Project management.
- Strong leadership skills, ideally in line with the Airbus leadership model.
- Strong analytical skills, planning, problem solving, and good interpersonal skills.
- Open mind and great ability to work as a team player.
- Sense of organization, time management and autonomy.
- Patient, positive and perseverant with good organization skills.
- Bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English.
