Leader en excellence opérationnelle AOS - LEAD lean manufacturing AOS

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a LEAD lean manufacturing AOS to join our AOS team (Airbus Operating System) team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work in collaboration with leaders and teams in an operational sector.

You will be part of the AOS team responsible for / developing the AOS standards deployment strategy and ensuring their evolution and sustainability in order to increase performance.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as LEAD lean manufacturing AOS will be to support and advise operations managers on how to improve performance and serve as a role model to demonstrate new and better ways of working.

Your challenges:

• Ensure the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards;
• Ensure AOS knowledge transfer to leaders, supervisors and natural teams;
• Coach the daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving the performance of the position;
• Support AOS maturity progression;
• Support the analysis of the performance of the position;
• Guarantee and consolidate annual plan to improve industrial maturity,
• Share good practices with other position and worldwide,
• Be the local contact for AOS standards;

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or other relevant program;
• You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
• You know how to influence first and second level managers;
• You have a strong interest in coaching;
• You have scheduling flexibility to coach daytime and evening routines;
• You are bilingual (French and English).

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
