The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for an Industrial Leader – Major Components Securitization (MCA) to join our "Chief Industrial Office" team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), working jointly with Airbus Atlantique and Airbus Belfast teams.
You will be part of the team responsible for major component industrialization, driving internal supplier performance, managing industrial projects, and steering operational strategy and governance. Our team structure promotes autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.
Your role will be to drive the industrialization, performance, and production ramp-up of internal aerostructure suppliers for the A220 program. You will manage production transfer projects, ensure compliance and quality, and act as a key industrial interface and technical expert within multi-functional teams.

Your challenges:
Drive work transfers, production ramp-up, operational performance, and deliveries from internal major component suppliers.
Develop industrial capacity and foster continuous improvement and innovation among internal suppliers.
Represent the industrial voice within Aerostructure Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs), including bid evaluations and feasibility studies.
Address and mitigate supplier non-conformities and quality issues.
Act as the main industrial interface between A220 program functions and major component suppliers.
Provide technical expertise in industrial systems design, modeling, and performance evaluation.
Monitor critical development activities and tooling oversight for internal suppliers.
Support technical problem-solving on critical purchased components.
Assess production ramp-up capacity (readiness reviews) for the A220 aircraft family.
Manage work transfer projects involving design changes or redesigns.
Your Boarding pass:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent credential.
You have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, quality operations, and tooling.
You have at least 5 years of specialized experience in aerostructures.
You have proven experience in project management and/or supplier management.
You possess negotiation-level fluency in both English and French.
You are skilled at coordinating teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving results.
You are equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are highly autonomous and comfortable working within an international team environment.
