What are your contributions to the team?

Establish and control the achievement of production objectives by planning, organizing, motivating and coordinating the activities of a group assigned to assembly at the Dorval plant;

Manage your group's budgets, ensure product quality as well as employee productivity (15 to 25 employees);

Identify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives and share best practices within the organization;

Ensure continuous improvement, notably through the use of the problem-solving process;

Exercise your leadership in compliance with the vision and values of Bombardier Aerospace;

Coach your team to develop talent within the organization;

How to thrive in this role?

You have very strong management skills and ideally possess extensive experience in aerospace;

You have college-level training or equivalent experience;

You have the values and vision that align with the company's philosophy;

You have a knowledge of French and English;

You also have the ability to work under tight deadlines.

You have at least five (5) years of experience
