The position is based at our Longueuil location from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
Performance Indicators
- Ensure the monthly production of departmental performance indicators
- Develop data processes related to customer quality in line with the latest standards and position them for the future
- Lead a small team of Power BI developers responsible for departmental reports
Process Automation
- Act as a business analyst and product owner
- Manage an external data management service provider to support process improvement
- Collaborate with technology solutions teams (DT) and developers to test and implement solutions in production
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, risks, ROI, and technical dependencies
- Support user forums and business unit process leaders to gather their requirements for new solutions or improvements
- Act as a transformation agent to drive business process improvements
- Communicate project progress and justify prioritization decisions
- Coordinate and execute the test plan; identify testing issues and participate in investigations
- Provide support to users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Utilize project management skills, make informed decisions understanding the associated risks, and communicate effectively across different levels
- Act as a change agent in preparation for the deployment of new solutions
- Prepare and deliver training materials following the deployment of new solutions
Escape Management Training
- Prepare and deliver content for the Community of Practice for Escape Leaders
- Ensure the governance of the training profile for Escape Leaders
What do you need to succeed?
- Must be resourceful, take initiative, and be a team player
- Strong knowledge of business processes related to the product
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving-oriented mindset
- Experience in customer service, investigation, and providing customer feedback
- Experience with tools such as Databricks, Power BI, SAP, ENOVIA, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Office 365 is an asset
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
