What you need to succeed
Holder of a DEP in machining techniques with ASP in CNC machine tool machining
Proficiency in French (oral and written)
Good understanding and reading of English
A good knowledge of the English language, written and oral, is required for this position given the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the [candidate] will interact.

Experience in the field of machining
Experience in the field of cutting tool grinding (an asset)
What will your daily life look like?
Manufacture, sharpen, re-sharpen, repair, and modify all types of cutting tools using CNC machines
Consult drawings and sketches of cutting tools.
Prepare tools, dress grinding wheels manually or with the help of a CNC machine, perform mounting.
Operate one or more machines simultaneously.
Inspect cutting tools using comparators and automated inspection machines.
Participate in the development of new processes.
Perform mathematical calculations, including trigonometry.
Wash, package, identify, and move parts while ensuring compliance with standards and specifications
Maintain equipment and workstation in good condition.
Perform equipment maintenance routines (oil levels, filter status)
Work in a team and be capable of great autonomy.
