Main Functions:
Working Environment
We primarily produce turbines and compressors for the GTF engine program, notably used for the Airbus A320neo & A220 as well as the Embraer E2.
Highly automated manufacturing line, combining advanced robotics and closed-door machining technologies, unique in the world.

Production Plan
Ensure optimal production of equipment, machines, and tools.
Analyze work, identify production requirements, and proactively detect special requirements regarding difficulties.
Diagnose production indicators, statistical data, and perform operating cycles to simultaneously operate multiple machines or internal/external processes at the advanced manufacturing center.
Maintain and optimally control production flow and part inventories.
Perform necessary settings, adjustments, and alignments of tools, equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
Take required actions to maintain production pace to respect on-time delivery to customers.
Maintenance Plan
Perform first-level diagnostics to identify the source of problems, intervene, and/or coordinate interventions of various support groups. Apply knowledge of equipment and robotics/networking as a first responder.
Apply the maintenance plan for equipment/processes, perform autonomous maintenance routines as well as any kind of minor maintenance work such as maintaining fluid/media/acid levels; checking, cleaning, and lubricating parts and gauges; minor repairs of machinery, tooling, and mechanical equipment, and act as support during interventions.
Use various computer systems and technologies such as machine and automated line interfaces, dashboards, ESS systems, tooling, maintenance, and consumable management systems, and/or any other computer systems necessary for the proper functioning of the advanced manufacturing center.
Global Quality Plan
Validate compliance with the quality plan by performing dimensional and visual checks on parts and tools according to the sampling plan.
Proactively analyze indicators. Investigate causes of repetitive problems. Recommend, direct, implement, and follow up on preventive or corrective actions as well as work techniques and methods.
Use mechanisms such as "ANDON" to signal events hindering work progression according to standards.
Apply calibration routines and ensure tooling integrity by keeping appropriate records up to date.
Document all requirements related to the global quality plan.
Initiate and lead quality clinics to meet the overall yield rate.
Validate that parts meet all requested standards and specifications.
Related Functions
May be called upon to perform various tasks or operations such as ATTI verification, shot peening, sandblasting, polishing, cleaning by various chemical and mechanical processes, simple deburring, masking and unmasking of parts and/or various articles, etc. to ensure continuous material flow. Additionally, performs tasks external to the AMC such as balancing, inspection, and packaging.

Requirements
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Machining Techniques
Attestation of Vocational Specialization (AVS) in Numerical Control Machine Tool Machining
Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
Ability to work in a team
This position takes place in a French-speaking work environment; nevertheless, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings, and technical terms that may originate from international organizations.
