At Aviation Starlink, we are looking for a dedicated storekeeper to join our team. If you are ready to play an essential role in the smooth operation of our maintenance department by managing inventory and supporting maintenance activities, we want to hear from you!
The duties of the maintenance storekeeper include, but are not limited to:
Parts and Services Related Tasks
- Control and perform receiving inspection of parts
- Create and approve purchase orders
- Responsible for packaging and shipping parts
Tools and Equipment Related Tasks
- Control and maintain tool calibration
- Control and maintain the issue and return of tools/equipment in good condition
- Maintain tool cabinets
- Control and inspect equipment
Consumable Products Related Tasks
- Maintain the product expiration date system
- Maintain an adequate level of consumable products
General Tasks
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Analyze and correct inventory process issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures by using only company-provided approved equipment and materials
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field;
- Experience in material management or purchasing management;
- Experience or knowledge of Corridor (an asset);
- In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Ability to read and understand technical parts certification (8130-1, Form 1, C of C);
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
- Eligible for obtaining a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
Your Skills
- Good communication skills in French and English (verbal and written);
- Reason: Contact with a language other than French from an international clientele.
- Perform tasks with precision and efficiency with high attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Strong sense of ethics and focused.
