Job objective

Contribute to effective warehouse operations for all products/parts required to support Skyservice aircraft maintenance and operations while maintaining a high level of safety and meeting service levels for internal and external customers.

Summary of responsibilities

Receive and store goods;
Ensure accurate data entry using inventory control systems;
Perform material inventories and parts selection;
Ensure proper handling of delicate components;
Manage shipment and receipt of various goods via couriers, nationally and internationally;
Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and handling of dangerous goods;
Distribute mail and collect administrative documents related to buyer shipments and outgoing shipments;
Maintain constant communication within the department;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and required competencies

At least two years of warehouse experience;
Experience in receiving, packing, picking, and shipping in an aeronautical maintenance warehouse environment;

Skills

Strong working knowledge of an airline company warehouse environment;
Driver record with no demerit points;
Willingness to travel to provide support as needed;
Valid Class G driver's license.

Education

High school diploma
