Job objective

Contribute to effective warehouse operations for all products/parts required to support Skyservice aircraft maintenance and operations while maintaining a high level of safety and meeting service levels for internal and external customers.

Summary of responsibilities

  • Receive and store goods;
  • Ensure accurate data entry using inventory control systems;
  • Perform material inventories and parts selection;
  • Ensure proper handling of delicate components;
  • Manage shipment and receipt of various goods via couriers, nationally and internationally;
  • Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and handling of dangerous goods;
  • Distribute mail and collect administrative documents related to buyer shipments and outgoing shipments;
  • Maintain constant communication within the department;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and required competencies

  • At least two years of warehouse experience;
  • Experience in receiving, packing, picking, and shipping in an aeronautical maintenance warehouse environment;

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of an airline company warehouse environment;
  • Driver record with no demerit points;
  • Willingness to travel to provide support as needed;
  • Valid Class G driver's license.

Education

  • High school diploma
