OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Contribute to efficient warehouse operations for all products/parts necessary to support Skyservice aircraft maintenance and operations by maintaining a high degree of safety and respecting service levels expected for internal and external customers.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the receipt and storage of goods;
- Ensure accurate data entry using inventory control systems;
- Perform material inventory and parts selection;
- Ensure proper handling of delicate components;
- Assume responsibility for shipping and receiving various goods by courier, nationally and internationally;
- Ensure compliance with dangerous goods shipping and handling procedures;
- Distribute mail and collect administrative documents relating to buyer shipments and outgoing shipments;
- Ensure constant communication within the department;
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- At least two years of warehouse work;
- Experience in receiving, packing, picking, and shipping in an aviation maintenance warehouse context;
SKILLS:
- Excellent working knowledge of the airline company warehouse environment;
- Proof of a driver record with no demerit points;
- Ability to travel to provide support, as needed;
- Valid Class G driver license;

- High school diploma
