JOB OBJECTIVE:

Contribute to efficient warehouse operations for all products/parts required to support Skyservice aircraft maintenance and operations while maintaining a high degree of safety and adhering to expected service levels for internal and external clients.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure the receipt and storage of goods;
  • Ensure accurate data entry using inventory control systems;
  • Perform material inventory and parts selection;
  • Ensure proper handling of delicate components;
  • Assume responsibility for the shipping and receiving of various goods via couriers, nationally and internationally;
  • Ensure compliance with dangerous goods shipping and handling procedures;
  • Distribute mail and collect administrative documents relating to buyer shipments and outbound shipments;
  • Ensure constant communication within the department;
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • At least two years of warehouse work;
  • Experience in receiving, packing, picking, and shipping within an aviation maintenance warehouse environment;

SKILLS:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the airline warehouse environment;
  • Proven driver record with zero demerit points;
  • Ability to travel to provide support as needed;
  • Valid Class G driver license.

Education

  • High school diploma
