We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic to join our team, specializing in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of CRJ-200 aircraft. The ideal candidate will have an FAA-issued Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification and a strong background in troubleshooting and servicing regional jet aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on CRJ-200 aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct detailed inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and complete necessary repairs or replacements.
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and avionics systems.
- Perform engine and airframe maintenance, including component removal and installation.
- Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and engineering data to ensure compliance with aircraft maintenance procedures.
- Document all work performed in aircraft maintenance logs and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work closely with maintenance supervisors and flight operations personnel to ensure aircraft readiness and airworthiness.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on CRJ-200 or similar regional jet aircraft.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Part 121 or Part 135 environment.
- Additional certifications or training in avionics, hydraulics, or composites.
- Prior experience with Bombardier CRJ series aircraft.
Must be authorized to work in USA.
