The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking Preflight Mechanics to join our team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, at 13100 Boul Henri-Fabre, Mirabel, Quebec J7N 3C6. This position is permanent and offers an exciting career and professional development that meets your potential.

Your challenges:
- Read and interpret technical drawings;
- Install and repair mechanical components;
- Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems;
- Maintain mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight controls, etc.);
- Prepare the aircraft for flight ("refueling," daily inspections);
- Participate in engine and auxiliary power unit tests;
- Implement changes in the form of service bulletins while respecting industry standards;
- Participate in the Continuous Improvement Program (AES);
- All other related duties according to experience and qualifications.
Your boarding pass:
- A DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance OR;
- An M2 (Aircraft Maintenance) License AND 2 years of experience within the last 5 years.
- You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
- You will be required to work in confined spaces on a regular basis.
- You will be required to work at heights up to 30 feet on a regular basis.
- Ability to adopt and maintain different physical positions depending on the job requirements.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have a good command of the French language (oral and written).
