Job description
In a dynamic, highly regulated MRO environment, the Aircraft Mechanic holding an M2 licence actively participates in maintenance, inspection, repair and return-to-service activities of aircraft in accordance with applicable airworthiness standards.
You will work on aircraft in service or undergoing heavy maintenance, rigorously applying technical procedures defined in manufacturer documentation, while complying with the quality, safety and regulatory requirements specific to the aerospace industry.

Main responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on aircraft
- Carry out inspections according to approved maintenance programs
- Diagnose mechanical, structural or systems defects
- Perform repairs and component replacements in accordance with applicable manuals
- Strictly follow procedures described in the Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and Structural Repair Manuals (SRM)
- Document work performed in technical records and maintenance tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Transport Canada, MRO standards)
- Collaborate with technical, quality and engineering teams
- Always comply with health, safety and quality control rules
Requirements and qualifications
- Valid M2 licence (or eligible)
- Training in aircraft maintenance or equivalent experience in an MRO environment
- Experience working with aviation technical documentation (AMM, SRM)
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures in English
- Bilingual French / English: a major asset
- Rigour, autonomy, sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment
