What your daily routine will look like:
- Perform operational tasks ranging from simple to complex, to manufacture, modify, and repair a wide variety of tooling and gauges with varying shapes and geometries.
- Work from drawings, photos, sketches, and verbal instructions concerning methods and equipment to use in order to set up, operate, and adjust conventional or CNC machine tools, to machine and repair new and used jigs and gauges.
- Plan the work to be performed by machinists on different types of machines.
- Manufacture molds, mix and cast products.
- Perform dimensional and visual checks on parts using precision measuring instruments. Keep appropriate records up to date.
- Maintain inventories of critical details for the repair of gauges and jigs.
- Participate in the development of new tools to meet customer needs.
- Participate in solving problems encountered on production lines by improving tooling in concert with planners and designers.
- Wash, preserve, pack, and move parts ensuring standards and specifications are met.
- Perform maintenance routines to ensure that, among other things, fluid levels are adequate, filters are clean, and the general condition of the machine complies with the checklist.
- Participate in training and share knowledge with teammates.
- Organize and keep his workstation tidy and respect our high standard of occupational health and safety at all times.

- DEP in machining techniques;
- ASP CNC machine tool or ASP Tooling
