What your daily routine will look like

• Perform operational tasks ranging from simple to complex, to manufacture, modify and repair a wide variety of tooling and gauges with varying shapes and geometries.
• Work from drawings, photos, sketches and verbal instructions regarding methods and equipment to be used to set up, operate and adjust conventional or CNC machine tools, to machine and repair new and used jigs and gauges.
• Plan the work to be performed by machinists on different types of machines.
• Manufacture molds, mix and cast products.
• Perform dimensional and visual checks on parts using precision measuring instruments. Keep appropriate records up to date.
• Maintain inventories of critical details for the repair of gauges and jigs.
• Participate in the development of new tools to meet customer needs.
• Participate in solving problems encountered on production lines by improving tooling in conjunction with planners and designers.
• Wash, preserve, package and move parts ensuring that standards and specifications are met.
• Perform maintenance routines to ensure that, among other things, fluid levels are adequate, filters are clean and the general condition of the machine complies with the checklist.
• Participate in training and share knowledge with teammates.
• Organize and maintain his workstation in order and respect our high health and safety at work standard at all times.

• DEP in machining technique;

• ASP CNC machine tool or ASP Tooling

• Knowledge of Catia software
