To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, Atlas Aéronautik is looking for a toolmaker.
As a member of the engineering and methods team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the advanced design and continuous improvement of tooling.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manufacture the tooling required for new products and improvements
- Adjust, modify, and ensure the reliability of existing tooling
- Finalize detailed tooling designs in collaboration with Engineering
- Ensure the functional, dimensional, and safety compliance of tooling
- Support new product startups in production
- Diagnose and correct tooling issues during production
- Propose technical improvements to existing tooling
- Ensure the maintenance and reliability of fixtures and jigs

- Solid machining and programming skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomy and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a multiple-project context
- High level of rigor, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Strong interest in innovation and process improvement
Training and Experience
- Diploma related to the position and required functions
- Significant experience in machining and fitting
- Competence in assembly and fine-tuning (control, adjustments, rapid iterations)
Working Conditions
• Salary between $38.64 and $40.77
• 3 weeks of paid vacation upon hiring, in addition to the holiday season.
