Job Description
What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: needs definition, posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and integration.
- Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
- Use technological tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and candidate experience.
- Develop and implement candidate generation strategies while building a talent pool
- Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer brand, process improvement).
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image.
- Analyze performance indicators and propose recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- You have between 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience in complex and high-volume positions.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
- You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
- You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- You are a team-oriented and results-driven person and have demonstrated an ability to influence.
- You have the ability to influence and build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
- You have a strong customer orientation and a sense of innovation.
- You have excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- You are familiar with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
