Job Description

What are your contributions to the team?

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs definition, posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and integration.
• Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
• Use technological tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and candidate experience.
• Develop and implement candidate generation strategies while building a talent pool
• Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer brand, process improvement).
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image.
• Analyze performance indicators and propose recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• You have 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience in complex, high-volume roles.
• You are bilingual in French and English.
• You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
• You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• You are a team-oriented and results-driven person with a demonstrated ability to influence.
• You have the ability to influence and build trusting relationships with stakeholders
• You have a strong customer orientation and sense of innovation.
• You have excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• You know market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
