The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in identifying and attracting the best talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. Working closely with HR business partners and managers, they act as a strategic advisor throughout the recruitment process, from defining needs to hiring. They also contribute to the development of attraction strategies, continuous process improvement, and the company's visibility in the aerospace sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and managers to define job requirements, skills, and selection criteria to determine the best recruitment strategies;
  • Provide a quality client group service and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs to achieve workforce objectives;
  • Coach and support managers on processes and best practices;
  • Use your expertise to attract, source, and hire candidates and stay informed of the candidate market in the aerospace industry;
  • Ensure integrity, compliance, and adherence to recruitment processes;
  • Prepare job offers in collaboration with members of the HR team to present offers to candidates;
  • Support the group's mobility initiatives by collaborating with mobility experts and HRBPs;
  • Act as an Airbus ambassador by participating in employment marketing and recruitment events;
  • Contribute to process improvement and support the team according to operational needs.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment (full cycle) at various position levels (administrative, technical, professional, supervision/management).
  • Certificate or Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in a large enterprise is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and client groups.
  • Ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands.
  • Competence and marked interest in process optimization and creating innovative solutions.
  • Have a very good level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Display good leadership with the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into new work environments and evolve with technology.
  • Mastery of Workday systems as well as Google (Mail, Sheet, and Slides) is an asset.
