Position summary

Reporting to the program manager, the Configuration Change Partner orchestrates, integrates and secures the technical and industrial evolution process of products. As the true conductor of modifications, the role is to manage the impact of changes (costs, schedules, risks) from the design phase through to final implementation on the shop floor.

Depending on the origin of the design, they act either as the global modification leader or as the integrator of the industrial trajectory.

Your challenges / Responsibilities

  • Build, monitor and adjust the deployment schedule of the modification in the factory (excluding purely Engineering milestones).
  • Collect, analyze and consolidate industrial financial impacts (recurring and non-recurring costs / investments) generated by the configuration change.
  • Identify operational risks related to introducing the modification on production lines, assess their impacts and drive mitigation plans.
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of the physical introduction of the change into production/integration until its closure.
  • Drive the overall convergence of the change (costs, schedule, risks) by connecting all company functions (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Customer Support).
  • Prepare configuration change files, defend trade-offs and ensure official reporting for milestone approvals by the CCB (Configuration Control Board).
  • Ensure data connection and consistency with other change partners.
  • Work closely with the Design Change Leader to provide a robust and connected industrial contribution.

Your profile

  • Degree (bachelor's) in engineering, project management or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex programs, configuration management, project management, and knowledge of the aerospace industry.
  • Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Good communicator, persistent and rigorous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Good communication skills with international customers and suppliers.
