  • Implement regular audit mechanisms to ensure that training delivery quality standards are maintained at an impeccable level.
  • Collaborate in piloting new learning solutions within the organization and actively coordinate change adoption actions among teams.

Operational logistics management

  • Organize and configure physical locations, catering, required equipment, and room networks for all in-person or virtual training sessions.
  • Welcome participants to the facilities, ensure safety forms are completed, and send all necessary access instructions in advance.
  • Ensure daily room presence to validate the proper functioning of equipment and ensure learners lack nothing.
  • Keep informational documents up to date on the Google Site and respond to daily requests sent to the Leadership University email box.
  • Independently prepare presentation materials, data charts, newsletters, and training catalogs to support internal marketing of the service offering.

Partner relations and monitoring

  • Support internal or external hosts, facilitators, and consultants by supervising their logistics, access management, and invoicing needs.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and post-mortems with trainers to identify continuous improvement opportunities and maintain an elite level of service.
  • Interact closely with the OD advisor and HR partners to provide detailed reports and clear visibility into learning activities.
  • Formalize and keep up to date the mapping of deployment processes, including clarifying Roles and Responsibilities (R&R) of stakeholders.

Data analysis and performance

  • Develop, distribute, and analyze satisfaction survey results and conduct focus groups as needed to measure the overall effectiveness of learning solutions.
  • Translate usage and experience data into meaningful results to optimize various training management processes.
  • Ensure the analysis of performance indicators related to training activities on a quarterly basis.
  • Actively participate in the digital transformation of the department by collaborating in the integration of new digital and reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, project management, or any other equivalent university education.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in training coordination, customer service, or a related role within a talent management or training team.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, smooth oral and written communication, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Show great autonomy, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive posture toward organizational challenges, including anticipating and mitigating risks.
  • Display a strong capacity for adaptation and ease in evolving constructively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Perfectly master French and English, both written and spoken, to collaborate daily with international stakeholders.
  • Be particularly comfortable with Google Suite tools and demonstrate a marked agility or interest in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
