Jr Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a motivated and rigorous individual to fill a Junior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position for a temporary one-year mandate. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain high-level experience within a world-class aeronautical environment supporting the Programs and Services business units.

In your role, you will need to:

• Help the organization achieve its objectives by identifying opportunities for improving human resources management and by conducting the analysis and diagnosis of client needs.

• Answer first-level questions from managers regarding internal policies, performance management, and team relations.

• Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence human resources strategies.

• Participate in the logistics and dissemination of training material for the development of management skills.

• Contribute, as needed, to recruitment activities where you can assist managers in the creation and full integration of recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies.

• Ensure operational human resources management.

Requirements

Desired profile:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.

• You have a minimum of one year of experience in a human resources role;

• You have a strong capacity for autonomy.

• You have the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and adapt to the unforeseen events of a dynamic environment.

• You have a natural ability to build trust relationships and communicate with various stakeholders.

• You enjoy collaborating and contributing to collective success.

• You are results-oriented and are recognized for your multitasking, in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace is an asset.

• You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and are fluent in French and English.
