We are looking for a motivated and rigorous person to fill a junior human resources business partner (HRBP) position as part of a one-year temporary mandate. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain high-level experience within a world-class aeronautical environment supporting the Programmes and Services business units.

In your role, you will:

Help the organization achieve its goals by identifying opportunities for improvement in human resources management and by conducting analysis and diagnosis of client needs.
Answer first-level questions from managers regarding internal policies, performance management, and team relations.
Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence human resources strategies.
Participate in the logistics and distribution of training material for the development of management skills.
Contribute, as needed, to recruitment activities where you can help managers in the creation and complete integration of recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies.
Ensure the operational management of human resources.
