Responsibilities

  • Help the organization achieve its objectives by identifying opportunities to improve HR management and conducting analysis and diagnosis of client needs.
  • Answer first‑level questions from managers regarding internal policies, performance management and team relations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence HR strategies.
  • Participate in the logistics and distribution of training materials for management skills development.
  • Contribute, as needed, to recruitment activities and assist managers in creating and implementing recruitment, hiring and retention strategies.
  • Ensure operational human resources management.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, industrial relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the unexpected in a dynamic environment.
  • Natural ease in building trusting relationships and communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Enjoy collaborating and contributing to collective success.
  • Results‑oriented and recognized for multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is an asset.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; fluent in French and English.
