Airbus Canada is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada) where you will be able to contribute to achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the production sector.

Responsibilities
- Assist the business unit in achieving their goals by identifying human resources opportunities and by leading the analysis and diagnosis of client needs.
- Provide coaching and support to management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, interpersonal and team relations and communication.
- Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes, such as the performance management cycle, annual salary review, annual leadership review, employee engagement survey and development.
- Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence human resources strategies.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training for managers within the organization (labour relations and leadership management training).
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of human resources policies.
- Contribute, when required, to recruitment activities: assist managers in the creation and full integration of recruitment, hiring and retention strategies.
- Support human resources operational activities.
As our ideal candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years' experience in a Human Resources department; experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
- Ability to influence and guide management to the best solutions.
- Strong autonomy and ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
- Enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Google Suite is an asset.
- Experience designing, developing and delivering HR business solutions.
- Project management ability and team-oriented attitude.
- Results-oriented, recognized for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
