Strategic Business Partner - Projects, Communications

About the position

We are looking for a Strategic Business Partner capable of transforming complex ideas into impactful presentations and mobilizing teams around a clear and inspiring vision.

This person will play a key role in the preparation, enhancement, and promotion of strategic projects to senior management and stakeholders. Acting as a project manager, communicator, content creator, and ambassador for organizational initiatives, the incumbent will actively contribute to project success through their expertise in visual communication, storytelling, and team support.

Main responsibilities

Project management and preparation

• Plan, structure, and coordinate the company's strategic projects.
• Develop schedules, work plans, and tracking in Microsoft Project or other project management tools.
• Ensure compliance with objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Produce progress reports intended for management.

Creation of executive presentations

• Design professional and visually impactful presentations on PowerPoint, Canva, or other design platforms.
• Transform complex information into simple, clear, and compelling messages.
• Develop dashboards, infographics, and visual communication tools intended for senior management.

Strategic communication and project marketing

• Develop communication strategies that foster stakeholder buy-in.
• Act as an ambassador for projects with the various teams.
• Highlight the benefits, results, and opportunities associated with the projects.
• Draft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.

Participation in executive meetings

• Participate in management meetings and presentations before executive committees or the board of directors.
• Prepare decision-making documents and strategic presentations.
• Adapt their message according to the audience and hierarchical level.

Leadership and coaching

• Support, guide, and mobilize the teams involved in the projects.
• Develop a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Offer coaching and support to foster the achievement of objectives.

Required skills

• Excellent mastery of PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Mandatory bilingualism.
• Remarkable ability to present in front of managers, executives, and board members.
• Excellent aptitudes in storytelling, popularization, and impact communication.
• Very good aesthetic sense and advanced skills in graphic design.
• Strategic mindset and ability to quickly understand organizational issues.
• Mobilizing leadership and aptitude to coach multidisciplinary teams.
• Developed sense of organization and simultaneous management of multiple projects.
• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and initiative.

Education and experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• A PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum certification or equivalent constitutes an important asset.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, strategic communication, or organizational transformation.
• Experience in preparing presentations intended for senior management.
• Experience in workshop facilitation, coaching, or supporting teams.
• Experience in marketing, branding, or corporate communication considered a major asset.
