The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

In this central role, you will play a determining part in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. You will collaborate closely with managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the complete recruitment process. You will be part of the talent acquisition team where the team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Our work model is hybrid providing you the opportunity to work with the team on site in Mirabel 3 days a week.

Your challenges:

  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and managers to define job requirements, skills and selection criteria in order to determine the best recruitment strategies;

  • Provide quality customer service and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs in order to achieve workforce objectives;

  • Coach and support the managers on processes and best practices;

  • Use your expertise to attract, source and hire candidates and stay on top of the candidate aerospace market industry;

  • Ensure integrity, compliance and adherence to recruitment processes;

  • Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR team members in order to present offers to candidates;

  • Support the Group's mobility initiatives by collaborating with mobility experts and HRBPs;

  • Act as an Airbus ambassador by participating in job marketing and recruitment events;

  • Contribute to process improvement and support the team according to operational needs.

Your boarding pass:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in recruitment (full process) at various levels (administrative, technical, professional, supervisory/managerial);

  • Certificate or Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources or relevant field;

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups, external vendors, schools and candidates;

  • Ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment;

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands;

  • Skilled and keen interest in optimizing processes and creating innovative solutions;

  • Demonstrated a good level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;

  • Due to the sector of activity (aeronautics), multiple contacts with Airbus entities located worldwide, and interactions with candidates also located worldwide, proficiency in English is required for this position;

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others;

  • Good knowledge of Google Suite, Workday (asset).
