We are looking for a talent acquisition partner to join the Human Resources team based in Mirabel (Quebec), Canada. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for leading the complete recruitment process for various sectors of the company in order to support the business needs of the A220 program.

Our work formula is hybrid, giving you the opportunity to work with the team on-site in Mirabel 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and managers to define job requirements, skills, and selection criteria to determine the best recruitment strategies;
  • Provide quality client group service and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs to achieve workforce goals;
  • Coach and support managers on processes and best practices;
  • Use your expertise to attract, source, and hire candidates and stay attuned to the candidate market in the aerospace industry;
  • Ensure integrity, compliance, and adherence to recruitment processes;
  • Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR team members to present offers to candidates;
  • Support group mobility initiatives by collaborating with mobility experts and HRBPs;
  • Act as an ambassador by participating in job marketing and recruitment events;
  • Contribute to process improvement and support the team based on operational needs.

Profile sought:

  • Hold a minimum of 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience (full process) at various position levels (administrative, technical, professional, supervision/management).
  • Certificate or Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a large corporation is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and client groups.
  • Ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands.
  • Competence and keen interest in process optimization and creating innovative solutions.
  • Have a very high level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Display good leadership with the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into new work environments as well as with technology.
  • Mastery of Workday systems as well as Google (Mail, Sheet, and Slides) is an asset.
