Reporting to the Director - Airport Strategy & Development, the incumbent provides centralized program management for airport development issues, supporting numerous files involving multiple hubs, which concern missions and initiatives led by airport authorities. The position establishes a single source of reliable information for commitments, risks, and activities, while enabling rigorous governance, implementation, and monitoring. The successful candidate ensures quick hierarchical escalation for decision-making and acts as a key integrator between airport authorities, internal stakeholders, and senior management, to strengthen cohesion, reliability of execution, and external credibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a single source of reliable information for all airport authority missions, initiatives, risks, and commitments.
  • Coordinate and plan regular mobilization meetings with airport authorities and internal stakeholders, within a defined governance model. Actively participate in these meetings.
  • Maintain an overview of hub-wide initiatives, ensuring consistency across key airports.
  • Track actions, decisions, commitments, and interdependencies across multiple airports and workflows.
  • Monitor progress in governance meetings and forums and ensure rigorous implementation.
  • Proactively identify and report risks or issues requiring management attention.
  • Support hierarchical escalation for decision-making, providing structured and concise information to management.
  • Develop and maintain integrated reporting tools and dashboards to ensure visibility of files.
  • Ensure consistency of message and stakeholder agreement for all missions.
  • Act as primary contact for coordination with management, internal partners, and executives.
  • Support the preparation of briefing documents and reports for management.
  • Promote rigor and standardization of processes regarding the monitoring and management of airport missions.
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, transparency, and coordination within the function.
  • Support the integration of external program management support (if applicable).
  • Contribute to strengthening the governance pace and the maturity of the operational model.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five to eight years of experience in roles related to program management, general management consulting, strategy, operations, or infrastructure.
  • Experience managing complex files involving multiple stakeholders and governance forums, with strong coordination skills, executive reporting, and rigorous execution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (bilingualism in French and English required).
  • High level of communication proficiency and mastery of PowerPoint.
  • Analytical thinking and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive structure, governance, and execution discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in air transport, an asset.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of employment:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time an offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining necessary work permits, visas, or other authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided before the start date.
