Shift : Day and night shift.

OFFER DESCRIPTION

AAA Canada is looking for a Painter to enrich our team with their expertise. Under the supervision of the production supervisor, the painter is responsible for the preparation, application, and finishing of paint on aircraft and their components, according to quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Plan the work: prepare the area, materials, and equipment.
• Clean, sand, polish, and prepare surfaces prior to application.
• Mask and apply paint coatings according to specifications.
• Perform necessary touch-ups and ensure the quality of the finished product.
• Keep documentation of completed work and maintain equipment.

Skills and qualifications :

• AEP in Industrial Painting, DEP in Bodywork, DEC in Aerospace Painting, or equivalent accelerated training.
• Experience in industrial or aeronautical painting (asset).
• Meticulousness, precision, good reflexes, and excellent concentration capacity.
• Ability to distinguish colors, finishes, and textures and notice finishing details.
• Good visual perception to analyze graphic representations and surfaces.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work at heights (nacelle).
• Rigorous compliance with safety standards, procedures, and current regulations.
• Bilingualism (French - English) orally and in writing is an important asset for communication in the client site's multilingual environment and technical documentation.
