Our expectations

Based on work instructions and drawings, ensures the cleanliness and proper preparation of parts through rinsing, electrochemical, and sanding processes. Ensures adequate masking according to the sections to be painted. Uses tools to apply different coatings and heat treat them according to standards and work instructions. Ensures the conformity of their work tools and products used by maintaining records.

What will your daily life look like?

  • Ensures the maintenance of the necessary material inventory to ensure a constant material flow in line with customer demand.

  • Actively and constructively participates in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.

  • May be required to operate several machines simultaneously.

What you need to succeed

  • Professional studies certificate in industrial painting – aerospace component or DEP in bodywork

  • Computer knowledge: MS Outlook and SAP is an asset

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading

  • Rigorous in the application of work instructions

  • Great autonomy and resourcefulness

  • Interpersonal skills: teamwork and positive attitude

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind

  • Experience in an industrial environment.

  • This position is in a French-speaking work environment, however, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings, and technical terms that may originate from international organizations.
