Our expectations

Based on work instructions and drawings, ensures the cleanliness and proper preparation of parts through rinsing, electrochemical and sandblasting processes. Ensures proper masking according to the sections to be painted. Uses tools to apply various coatings and heat treat them according to standards and work instructions. Ensures the compliance of work tools and products used by maintaining logs.

What your daily routine will look like

• Ensures the maintenance of the inventory of materials necessary to ensure a constant material flow in connection with customer demand.
• Participates actively and constructively in the department's continuous improvement initiatives.
• May be called upon to operate multiple machines simultaneously.

What you need to succeed

• Attestation of Vocational Specialization in Industrial Painting - Aerospace stream or DEP in Bodywork
• Computer knowledge: MS Outlook and SAP is an asset
• Mastery of blueprint reading
• Rigorous in the application of work instructions
• Great autonomy and resourcefulness
• Interpersonal skills: teamwork and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• This position is in a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations.
