Our expectations

Based on work instructions and drawings, ensures cleanliness and proper preparation of parts through rinsing, electrochemical and sandblasting processes. Ensures adequate masking depending on the sections to be painted. Uses tools to apply various coatings and heat treat them according to standards and work instructions. Ensures the compliance of their working tools and the products used by maintaining logs.

What your daily life will look like

• Ensures the maintenance of the inventory of materials necessary to ensure a constant flow of material in connection with customer demand.
• Actively and constructively participates in the department's continuous improvement initiatives.
• Could be called upon to operate several machines simultaneously.

What you need to succeed

• Attestation of Professional Studies in Industrial Painting – Aerospace component or DEP in Bodywork
• Computer knowledge: MS Outlook and SAP is an asset
• Mastery of blueprint reading
• Rigorous in applying work instructions
• Great autonomy and resourcefulness
• Interpersonal skills: teamwork and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• This position is in a French-speaking work environment, however it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations.
