Our expectations

Following work instructions and drawings, ensures the cleanliness and proper preparation of parts through rinsing, electrochemical and sandblasting processes. Ensures adequate masking depending on the sections to be painted. Uses tools to apply various coatings and heat treat them according to standards and work instructions. Ensures compliance of working tools and products used by maintaining logs.

What your daily life will look like

• Ensures the maintenance of the inventory of necessary equipment to guarantee a constant material flow in connection with customer demand.
• Participates actively and constructively in the department's continuous improvement initiatives.
• Could be called upon to operate multiple machines simultaneously.

What you need to succeed

• Professional Studies Attestation in industrial painting – aerospace component or DEP in bodywork
• Computer knowledge: MS Outlook and SAP is an asset
• Mastery of blueprint reading
• Rigorous in applying work instructions
• Great autonomy and resourcefulness
• Interpersonal skills: teamwork and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, however it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations.
