Our expectations

Based on work instructions and drawings, ensures the cleanliness and proper preparation of parts through rinsing, electrochemical and sandblasting processes. Ensures adequate masking depending on the sections to be painted. Uses tools to apply various coatings and heat-treat them according to standards and work instructions. Ensures the compliance of work tools and products used by maintaining logs.

What your daily life will look like

• Ensures the maintenance of the inventory of necessary material to guarantee a constant material flow in connection with customer demand.
• Participates actively and constructively in the department's continuous improvement initiatives.
• Could be called upon to operate several machines simultaneously.

What you need to succeed

• Attestation of Professional Specialization in industrial painting – aerospace option or DEP in bodywork
• Computer knowledge: MS Outlook and SAP is an asset
• Mastery of blueprint reading
• Rigorous in applying work instructions
• Great autonomy and resourcefulness
• Interpersonal skills: teamwork and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, however it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations.
