Place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure parts are received on time and according to the production schedule
Administer portfolio activities related to invoices and order pricing issues
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing quality, cycle time and costs for the organization
Track and validate the delivery of parts in production in close collaboration with internal partner functions (Logistics - Line Function)
Maintain operational and financial key performance indicators
Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Logistics - Line, Programs, Finance, Production and Quality)
Apply and monitor contractual conditions with the supplier
Negotiate and implement change management requests and secure the requirements of associated purchase orders

You hold a bachelor's degree in administration or operations management and a minimum of five (5) years of experience
You have experience with SAP and BAAN (an asset)
You possess a strong ethical sense and are customer-oriented
You have good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills as well as good interpersonal skills
You have a good knowledge of MS Office
You are bilingual (spoken and written French and English)
