Responsibilities

• Launch the daily routine, over a one-week horizon
• Participate in the daily production follow-up meeting
• Update on production progress, Report parts availability
• Provide support to adjust daily priorities
• Management of Work Orders from release to closing of WOs, Flow monitoring
• Component management including missing parts and logistical distribution: Potential availability, Transfer protocol and unexpected missing parts
• Coordination of parasitic flows with other departments: Non-compliance, Over-delivery, Material output error, Loss of parts, Rob-on / cannibalization
• Coordination of pending work:
• Manage pending logistical flows, Manage the transfer of responsibility for internal/external WOs
