As a Customer Service Planner at Rheinmetall Canada, you will benefit from a dynamic and human work environment that values teamwork, leadership and self-improvement. Your main mandate will be to follow up with project clients for whom you will be the main after-sales service contact point.

The main responsibilities of this position:

• Respond to and process customer requests and new orders within the required deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a privileged contact on all customer projects and ensure internal and external follow-up until their completion.
• Coordinate with the various internal stakeholders the implementation of contracts, terms and annual orders.
• Produce shipping slips for repairs and spare parts.
• Internal repair follow-up
• Prepare monthly reports.

Work in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders

THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD POSSESS

• Hold a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service in an industrial environment.
• Master Microsoft Excel.
• Be resourceful, have attention to detail and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Master French and English (oral and written) *.

*Rheinmetall Canada's clients and partners are mostly from outside Quebec, as is its subsidiary Rheinmetall Provectus which is based in Ontario.

Assets:

• Knowledge of SAP®.
