Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for performing specific duties related to the operation of the aircraft to which they are assigned (A321 or A330).

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in flight planning and preparation;
  • Assume duties assigned by the Captain;
  • Perform all other tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Qualifications

The qualifications for the position are:

  • Hold a certified flight logbook attesting to flight hours performed;
  • Hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL); or Commercial Pilot Licence with passed IATRA or SAMRA/SARON exams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs);
  • Hold a Category 1 medical certificate;
  • Be a Canadian citizen or hold a permanent resident permit;
  • No restrictions to travel to the United States or countries served by Air Transat;
  • Hold a college-level pilot diploma, an asset;
  • Bilingualism (spoken French and English).
