POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position consists of leading the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flights, offering a safe, smooth, and customer-focused travel experience.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board, from takeoff to landing.
- Support the flight schedule of the assigned aircraft on an ad hoc basis;
- Develop expert knowledge of aircraft, policies, standards, and operating procedures;
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board, from takeoff to landing.
TRAINING AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Valid airline transport pilot certificate;
- International flight experience preferred;
- Total of 2000 flight hours;
- 500 hours as pilot in command;
- 100 hours piloting jet aircraft;
- Experience on a Challenger 650 is an asset, but strongly desired;
- Customer service-oriented, respectful of others, and possessing strong interpersonal skills;
- Candidates must meet ICAO eligibility requirements applicable to commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure.
