Location: YUL/St-Hubert (Must be willing to work on all our satellite bases)
Status: Regular full-time
Schedule: 14 consecutive days of work for 7 days off

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Under the responsibility of the Director of Operational Support - Aircraft, your role consists of safely planning and managing aeromedical evacuation flights in close collaboration with the flight crew, ground crew, and the DFO and chief pilot of our current operator.
Specifically, you will:
- Prepare flights, in collaboration with the captain, within the framework of operations;
- Pilot, in collaboration with the captain, our aircraft within the framework of operations;
- Ensure that all flight operations take place safely and in compliance with standards;
- Apply and always be up to date with organizational, flight, and regulatory procedures;
- Work in collaboration with the medical crew throughout the client evacuation;
- Work with team members during missions and waiting periods;
- Work in close collaboration with various trades and emergency services;
- Support the crew throughout patient care;
- Maintain skills and actively participate in airplane division projects;
- All other related tasks.

- Excellent knowledge of systems and procedures specific to the Learjet 45 XR and at Airmedic;

- Respect regulations, procedures, and laws in force.
- Bilingual (French and English)
Professional-level English is required for communication purposes with an English-speaking clientele or with any external partners such as air traffic controllers and ground teams in various countries. Furthermore, this can meet legal and regulatory requirements for international operations.
Your professional background stands out with:
Technical requirements, Licenses, and Certification
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL);
- Valid Group 1 instrument rating;
- Saron and Samra exams passed;
- Hold a valid Category 1 medical certificate without restriction for night flight;
Licenses and Certification
Experience
- Minimum of 750 total flight hours;
- Minimum of 250 multi-engine flight hours;
- 500 hours of IFR experience;
- 250 hours of experience on turboprop or jet (important asset);
- Experience in similar operations (important asset);
- Prior experience as a First Officer on Learjet 40 XR (significant asset).
Asset: Experience on Learjet 40, 45, 70, and 75 (including LR45XR and LR40XR)
Continuous training
- Commitment to promptly follow and maintain continuous training and mandatory certifications.
Additional requirements
- Ability to work and perform a normal and sustained work mission for 14 consecutive days, with days lasting up to 14 hours, including weekends and holidays;
