Our Airbus Atlantique site in Mirabel is looking for future Method Planners.
Number of positions: 2
Position summary:
Under the supervision of the Methods Manager, the Method Planner provides technical support to production and masters the assembly line. The main mission is to manage industrialization and assembly, anticipate risks and provide technical solutions to operators to ensure work conformity.
Your challenges:
- Request creation of OMP for repair parts and support production in carrying out repairs.
- Create repair procedures (with or without deviation).
- Understand sequencing and industrial processes to support installations.
- Communicate change requests to planners.
- Modify work orders and make necessary corrections to technical data sheets.
- Track work and files to be divided for finishing.
- Participate in problem solving and continuous process improvement.
Your profile:
- College diploma in mechanics, electrical, aerospace manufacturing or a relevant diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace.
- Knowledge of assembly processes, aerospace standards and tolerancing principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in SAP, Catia V5 and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, rigorous, responsive and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written.

- Target discretionary annual bonus: 10% of base annual salary.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (08:00–16:30).
