Shift Premium: Evening shifts (between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.) - $1.00 per hour. Night shifts (between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.) - $1.50 per hour
The Opportunity
Right now, Air Canada is looking for cabin service and cleaning attendants to join its ground service team. This role consists of ensuring that the aircraft is ready for departure time and that it is safe. To achieve this objective, cleaning attendants must be quick, meticulous and efficient so that passengers can experience a pleasant and comfortable flight.

What your daily routine looks like
As a Cabin Service and Cleaning Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our aircraft are ready for departure on time and safely. You will also have to;
- Equip the aircraft cabin for flight with cabin service supplies.
- Clean and examine the interior of aircraft
- Vacuum the floor, clean surfaces and replace headrests.
- Fill seat pockets with magazines and safety information.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
This is an important position with a lot of responsibility. That's why we've established a number of key criteria to ensure your success:
- Available to work shift work
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work within strict deadlines
- Valid driver's license - will need to drive heavy equipment airside;
- Pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol screening test;
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support the team's overall success in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all transportation security clearances and other applicable additional accreditations. Please consult the Transport Canada website for more details.
Conditions of Employment
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time a job offer is made and are responsible for obtaining necessary work permits, visas or other authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided prior to the start date.
