What your daily life will look like

In a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, the sought-after candidates will be called upon to work in a department where the attached tasks will be performed on complex machine tools as well as on different chemical process equipment.

Cooling liquid quality management:

The candidate will perform handling, pumping, emptying, recovery, rinsing, and quality control tasks for cooling liquids and various new or used inorganic chemical processes to ensure quality control or treat them as residual material.

Collection of various metal chip waste and industrial waste: Candidates will perform handling and recovery tasks for metal chips and other industrial waste for recycling or disposal.

To perform all these tasks, the use of a variety of handling equipment such as: forklift, pallet jack and mobile pumping system, pressure washing system and measurement instruments (pH meter, refractometer, etc.) is necessary.

What you need to succeed

  • Completed Secondary 5 diploma
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in an industrial environment
  • Ability to perform manual work with tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Shows initiative
  • Basic knowledge of computer use in a Windows environment
  • Ability to drive a forklift and other industrial vehicle
  • Three to four years of relevant experience in the field.
  • This position is set in a francophone work environment and does not require any knowledge of English.
